Bestmile named technology pioneer by World Economic Forum

The World Economic Forum has published a list of 61 promising technology startups, the 2018 Technology Pioneers. It has recognised Bestmile for its mobility services platform that helps transport service providers to design, deploy and optimise autonomous fleets.

“We welcome Bestmile in this diverse group of Technology Pioneers,” said Fulvia Montresor, head of Technology Pioneers at the World Economic Forum (WEF). “Bestmile and its fellow pioneers are front and centre in shaping the ongoing fourth industrial revolution and we believe they will be transforming society and industry in a positive way in the years to come.”

“For shared, emission-free mobility services to deliver on their promise to improve traffic, air quality and overall quality of life in the world’s cities, vehicles of any brand and type will need to be able to work together as optimised fleets that move more people with fewer vehicles,” said CEO and co-founder of Bestmile Raphael Gindrat.

“Bestmile’s technology enables intelligent fleet management, and we are excited about working with the WEF Technology Pioneers program to contribute to a more sustainable future for all.”
