High-performance datalogger
b-plus GmbH
b-plus is presenting the latest link in its toolchain for decoupling, acquiring and recording sensor data, along with the ingest into the data center of raw sensor data streams and vehicle bus data. The BRICKplus is a high-performance datalogger with up to 16Gbit/s recording capacity.
It is equipped with twice the main memory of the regular BRICK variant to allow for increased flexibility for software applications, especially through the use of a larger ring buffer for data. By using current server RAID technology, the current maximum logging speed doubles to 16Gbit/s. This is of particular interest for the development of new sensor technologies. The increasingly high-resolution sensors generate larger amounts of data that have to be recorded synchronously. Thanks to the holistic recording of this real data, subsequent tests can be carried out properly to contribute to the prevention of accidents.
As well as the memory, b-plus has also doubled the storage unit of the BRICKplus system, to 32TB. This newly developed storage unit, based on the latest PCIe RAID technology and the latest generation of SSDs, guarantees maximum reliance and speed.
