Scenario library launch
Atlatec GmbH
German company Atlatec, which has so far specialized in HD mapping technology for the AV industry, is expanding into autonomous driving scenarios. It will launch its scenario database at Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo Novi. Atlatec extracts a high-fidelity road model and a series of traffic scenarios from real-world data. These scenario descriptions can then be used in ADAS simulators such as CarMaker, PreScan, Virtual Test Drive, and more. This way, the company contributes to a scenario-based virtual validation strategy on a vast scale.
